The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented, passionate, and motivated Sustainability Consultant to join our world-leading sustainability team based in our  Manila office to work on the design of some of the most exciting sustainable design projects in the region.

 

We expect all team members to aim to go well beyond industry standards to positively impact every project we work on.

As an integral part of our multi-disciplinary team, and working closely with colleagues in Singapore, Hong Kong and primarily Australia, you will inspire, analyse, report, model, and document Sustainability projects with the aim of expanding the project portfolio.

 

You will ideally have experience in a similar role working in ESD consulting across a wide range of sections in the built environment and be looking to take the next step in your career and increase your client exposure, job management, and leadership qualities.

 

Experience in delivering sustainability certifications is preferred.

The Skills

  • Engineering, Architecture, or built environment related degree.
  • 2+ years of consulting experience in the built environment sector.
  • Experience with preparing strategy, implementation, and certification of best practice green rating schemes, including Green Mark, Green Star, LEED, EDGE, and WELL Building Standard.
  • Working knowledge of engineering and architectural principles to analyse and interpret documentation and drawings.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team and environment.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, effectively resourcing to meet client deadlines.

Preferable, but not essential

  • Experience with undertaking NatHERS modelling for residential projects.
  • Hold (or working towards) a green rating accreditation such as LEED AP, Green Star AP, WELL AP.
  • Experience in the management of and understanding of building physics modelling (Energy, Daylight, Comfort, Parametrics).
  • Experience with Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) using One Click LCA, E-tool or equivalent software.
