Cundall’s Civil and Infrastructure Engineering team has a proud track record of delivering innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions. Our work is focused on improving and protecting the environments in which we live, while enabling the facilities and services that support everyday life, transport, and industry.
As one of Cundall’s longest-established disciplines, the Civil and Infrastructure Engineering team is recognised internationally for its expertise, proactive collaboration, and commitment to professional excellence.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Civil & Infrastructure Engineer to join our Bengaluru office and take a key role in shaping our growing Civil Engineering and Infrastructure capability. You will be part of a team delivering some of the most prestigious and complex projects across Qatar, UAE, KSA, and internationally.
Working alongside talented engineers, technicians, and colleagues across multiple disciplines, you will contribute to the delivery of technically excellent, commercially successful projects. Your focus will be on infrastructure within the built environment, spanning a wide range of civil engineering projects.
As your career develops with Cundall, you will be given the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and leadership, with full support towards achieving (or furthering) Chartership with the Institution of Civil Engineers (CEng or equivalent).
Educated to degree level in Civil Engineering (MEng or BEng), and either chartered or working towards chartership with the Institution of Civil Engineers (CEng or equivalent), you will have proven experience in civil and infrastructure engineering within a consultancy environment.
You will have experience across civil infrastructure disciplines, with exposure to some of the following areas: grading and earthworks for external works, wet utilities (stormwater, sewerage and domestic water networks), utility coordination, and the integration of infrastructure within building and development plot projects.
While you are not expected to have experience across all of these disciplines, you should have a developing understanding of integrated infrastructure design principles and be comfortable working within multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated design delivery.
You should have experience in the modelling and coordination of utility systems using Civil 3D, , with an ability to produce and develop 3D models and associated drawings under guidance from senior engineers.
Experience working on infrastructure projects across different stages of design, from concept through to detailed design, would be beneficial. You should also have an awareness of project stages and approval processes and be willing to develop your understanding in this area as part of project delivery.
You should be able to contribute effectively to multiple projects and support senior engineers in delivering high-quality outcomes. You will be willing to support and guide less experienced team members where appropriate, as your experience develops. Above all, you will share a passion for creative, sustainable, and intuitive design, and be keen to grow within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
We know that to be the best at what we do we need a diverse workforce underpinned by an inclusive culture. Creating environments where everyone can find joy doing their best work is also great for everyone. That’s why we positively welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and identities, and encourage, support, and celebrate the diverse voices of our people.
