As part of our wider Human Resources service, the Resourcing team play a crucial role in ensuring Cundall attracts, hires, and retains the best talent.
The Resourcing team itself is a global team covering UKI, Europe, MENA and APAC who work closely together to deliver the resourcing and hiring needs of the business underpinned by our People Strategy.
This role could be based out of our London, Birmingham, Newcastle or Manchester offices. We embrace an agile working approach, so you can expect to split your working hours between home and the office.
Your role will be part of the global Resourcing team supporting the organisation through the provision of a high quality, professional in-house recruitment service operating a predominantly direct sourcing model.
You will proactively plan and deliver end-to-end recruitment campaigns, managing your vacancies and key group of stakeholders, holding responsibilty for all recruitment delivery for Cundall Europe (Poland, Madrid, Germany, Romania), Sustainability UKI and support function roles in UKI.
You will be responsible for providing informed and expert recruitment advice from your experience to stakeholders to inform their hiring decisions. You will work to ensure the processes and policies are followed consistently both for Resourcing and wider HR when working with the internal business.
To succeed, you will need to work with high levels of accuracy while juggling multiple complex recruitment campaigns in differing regions and areas of the business.
This will require a highly organised and proactive approach, as well as the written and verbal communication skills necessary to establish collaborative relationships with candidates, hiring managers and technical experts.
