Cundall are leading the way in the provision of creative, sustainable design solutions, and in order to keep up with the demands of the organisation, require an organised, collaborative, and dedicated Office Administrator to assist our team of multi-disciplined engineers in our Bristol Office.
In line with the continuing growth of our business, we now wish to appoint an Office Administrator to join our busy team in our Bristol office. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support on construction design projects in UK and overseas. The role includes general administrative duties, producing reports, letters, schedules, specifications, bid/fee proposals, as well as diary management, minute-taking and dealing with general enquiries via telephone, email and in person.
You will also act as a crucial point of contact for external clients, internal staff and senior management for ad-hoc administration, workload management, room booking, reception cover and generally supporting the administrative requirements of our busy engineering teams.

Educated to Leaving Certificate Standard (or equivalent), a Business Administration qualification is desirable, you will have at least 2 years proven practical administration experience in a similar role within a fast-paced and complex organisation. You have accumulated advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills. You are highly organised and have a proactive approach to your work and a willingness to learn and develop. You are used to working on multiple priorities and to tight deadlines – making use of your initiative, self-motivation and effective communication skills.
You have experience of taking instruction from multiple stakeholders, while also managing expectations and ensuring the consistent delivery of an excellent service. Experience of working within an international partnership or engineering consultancy is desirable.
