Cundall’s Marketing and Business Development team plays a critical role across the global business. The team works across the 26 offices, 12 services and 11 sectors to ensure Cundall continues to be recognised as a world leading expert in innovative and sustainable design engineering. This is made possible by the team’s open and collaborative approach to dialogue and creative thinking and our shared ambition to collectively, achieve great things.
In line with the continuing growth of our business in the UK and internationally, we now wish to appoint an experienced individual to lead on marketing and business development in Warsaw.
The role includes supporting the development, implementation and evaluation of marketing and business development strategies to ensure we maintain existing clients, drive the acquisition of new clients and raise the profile of the practice in the Warsaw market. This means working alongside business leaders to ensure Cundall are deploying and making full use of the resources we have available.
The role will also include involvement in the bids and proposals process, business to business (B2B), working with the submissions team and fee earners.
Degree-qualified, with experience in a marketing and business development role, you have also strong experience of the property and construction industry in Poland.
You have demonstrated your ability to think and work strategically and to co-ordinate and supervise the activities of others to achieve objectives. Crucially, you have an outstanding ability to connect and work with internal and external stakeholders, develop relationships to achieve strategic objectives. You have built and are continuously developing your network within the industry for greater collaboration and industry intelligence sharing.
Your written and verbal communication skills are essential, a proven track-record of influencing senior stakeholders in an assertive but diplomatic manner.
