The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and soft skills.
This role is critical in supporting office administration, employee wellbeing, facilities management, and internal coordination.
To keep up with the demands of ongoing growth we are looking for an experienced, passionate and collaborative Office Manager to oversee and coordinate the function of office support and administration to our team in Manila.
As a crucial member of the pioneer team in Manila, you will oversee the smooth operations of the office and ensure the Engineering teams are provided with a high level of responsive, and accurate administrative support.
You will also establish productive relationships with internal, external stakeholders as well as providing comprehensive back-office support to the senior team and implement suitable administrative procedures to the office, in line with Cundall’s global standard and approach. You will also be expected to liaise with and coordinate relevant HR, Finance and IT activities with the Cundall APAC and global team.
You will support the technical team members with financial control, quality control checks on important documentation, and provide advice and guidance on all administrative and IT software-based issues. You will also play a key role in the collaboration of processes between the global Cundall offices.
Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the workplace. Liaise with landlords/building management for repairs, space requirements, and compliance. Support sustainable and ergonomic office initiatives.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes. Maintain attendance, leave records, and support compliance with work-from-home/hybrid policies. Address day-to-day employee facility or workspace issues.
Handle petty cash and office expense tracking. Assist in procurement of office equipment, stationery, and services.
Act as the point of contact between staff and external vendors or visitors. Organize office meetings, events, and employee engagement activities. Maintain office noticeboards and internal communication channels.
Ensure adherence to company policies, workplace safety, and local regulatory requirements. Maintain administrative records and filing systems, both digital and physical. Support audits and ISO documentation, if required, Coordinate with IT support for system setups, troubleshooting, and asset tracking.

You have demonstrable practical experience and management of document control, typing, the formatting of reports, letters and PowerPoint presentations, and template creation for Word and Excel. You are able to prioritise tasks effectively and have a strong grasp of project coordination and process improvement.
Experience in a consultancy, construction and/or professional services environment would be advantageous.
