Cundall’s Business Development and Marketing team play a critical role across the global business. The global team works across the 29 offices, 22 services and 20 sectors to ensure Cundall continue to be recognised as a world leading expert in innovative and sustainable design engineering.
We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Assistant to work within our busy and growing Hong Kong office.
In line with the continuing growth of our business in Asia and internationally, we wish to appoint an open, collaborative, and supportive person to play an important role in the team. The Marketing Assistant will help develop and deliver marketing campaigns, events, PR, whilst also managing and producing regular internal and external communications, ensuring the quality and consistency of content. This will require you to quickly establish a close understanding of the business priorities, local market, establish new contacts, available resources and current systems and processes in order to help secure new projects.
The role will also include involvement in the production of bids and proposals, developing compelling content and tailored solutions that demonstrates our expertise and innovation. You will need to show initiative in establishing a close understanding of the business, local market, available resources and current systems and processes.
Though this role will sit in our Hong Kong office, the Marketing Assistant will support the marketing strategies and initiatives for all our Asia offices.
Degree-qualified, with experience in marketing, you have also proven yourself in professional services and/or a consultancy environment and gained experience of working with marketing/ event management. You have demonstrated your ability to think and work strategically and to co-ordinate and supervise the activities of others to achieve objectives. It is also important to show that you can be flexible and adapt to changing needs of the office by taking on new, different and or/ additional tasks and responsibilities as required.
Crucially, you have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, and a proven track-record of influencing senior stakeholders in an assertive but diplomatic manner.
A post-graduate qualification in marketing and/or experience in the built environment sector would be advantageous.
