  • Leading preparation workshops and creating presentations in MS PowerPoint for mid and post-tender interviews
  • Working with the marketing team and technical teams to create and keep up to date CVs, project profiles and other collateral for use in bids
  • Ad-hoc management of junior bid team members on all bid-related information
  • General due diligence, ownership and accountability

Business Development

  • Undertaking research (for instance on local opportunities, clients and developers), as instructed by senior staff
  • Analysing trends and feedback from bid team reports across local region, working with and presenting to sector leaders as necessary to establish local strategy and targets

The Skills

Educated to degree level or equivalent in relevant field, you will have a minimum of three years' experience in a bid writing, bid coordinating or bid management role

APMP Foundation certification is desirable but not essential.

You will have proven experience of working in a professional services and/or consultancy environment and know what it takes to work successfully in a complex, multi-site and fast-paced environment.

You can demonstrate your experience of working strategically and independently, coordinating closely with multiple stakeholders to achieve objectives

Crucially, you will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and have a proven track-record of working with a range of industry-standard programmes (MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe InDesign (desirable not essential), Acrobat, Bluebeam Revu etc).

Ideally, you will be familiar with standard public sector bidding formats and documents in Ireland and in the use of the e-tenders portal.

Experience of working in the built environment sector would be advantageous.
