This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Structural BIM Technician to join our team at our Bengaluru office to take responsibility for BIM and CAD coordination and daily management of project data sets/workflows.
As part of our established team of expert engineers and CAD/Revit technicians, and working closely with colleagues of various disciplines, you will prepare detailed information packages from Revit Structures in a BIM environment, implement 3D coordination with the Design Team.
Having already been accredited to degree level and gained strong practical experience of using Revit/BIM 360 in a similar building-based role, you possess an excellent understanding of relevant software packages including AutoCAD and Navisworks. Experience of Dynamo would be preferable.
You will have an understanding of international BIM Level standards and have a proven experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines. You are adept at planning and organising your own workload and that of others within the team, and crucially – have a passion for creative, sustainable and intuitive design.
Given the collaborative nature of this role, excellent communication skills and experience of using your initiative to overcome challenges are essential.
