This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Technician to join our team at our office in Bengaluru to produce ELV BIM Models & CAD drawings for all stages of design ensuring the effective design of some of the most exciting building design projects in the Middle East.

As part of our established team of expert engineers and CAD/Revit technicians and working closely with colleagues of various disciplines from various offices, you will produce detailed 2D CAD general drawings, and will also develop design coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit into our current design practices.

Having already been accredited with a relevant formal qualification Engineering (BEng) and having worked at Digital environment, you have gained strong practical experience of using Revit in a similar building-based role (specifically ELV services), you are adept at planning and organising your workload and communicating effectively with engineering colleagues and BIM/ CAD specialists. You will be aiming for a career in ELV and technology systems design modelling and construction. Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience working in an engineering design consultancy.

You have sound knowledge of AutoCAD and REVIT, Navis, BIM360 and have proven experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines, and crucially – share Cundall’s passion for creative, sustainable, and intuitive design.

In addition to sound technical skills, it is essential that the suitable candidate is proficient in English language as they will form part of the wider Cundall Global Revit team.  

Essential traits for the successful candidate include:  

• Ability to take ownership for tasks and deliverables.  
• Capacity to think around problems and solutions when working on 3D models. 
• Organised and confident communicator   
• Knowledge and experience in modelling on 3D and CAD Extra Low Voltage distribution systems such as:   

• Structured Cabling System    
• Active IT Systems 
• Access Control System, Intruder Detection System, Video Surveillance (CCTV) and other security systems   
• Video Conference and Audio-Visual Equipment, Public Address  

• Be self-motivated and good communication skills including written and spoken.
