The Team

As part of the development of its APAC business, and overall global growth, Cundall are excited to announce the establishment of a new office in Manila, Philippines. Cundall have been working on various projects from our offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Australia so this is the natural progression for the business, building on long standing relationships and offering the same high standard of multidisciplinary design and consultancy services.

Our Philippines operations will represent Cundall as our Regional Centre of excellence for Data Centre design, Sustainability, and Building Services.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and client focused construction consultant (Discipline is flexible – MEP, Structural, Specialist or PM) to join our pioneer team in our Philippines office, to play a leading role in ensuring the success of our Manila business by being responsible for the overall office operation.

This will entail looking after a local staff base of 30+ people and ensuring that the team works collectively to ensure the success of our projects and alignment with our company goals and values.

Will also be involved in projects and local work winning across a variety of sectors such as Hospitality, Commercial and Critical Systems, working closely with colleagues of various disciplines to manage the delivery of technically-excellent, profitable projects.

You will develop new and nurture existing outstanding client relationships that maximise satisfaction and ensure repeat business, and will use your wealth of expertise and determination to manage, motivate and inspire less experienced engineers.

The Skills

A construction consultant, educated to degree level in Engineering or Project management (MEng or BEng or equivalent) having gained vast engineering consultancy experience in a consulting role within the construction industry. You have proven your technical expertise in relevant design and have a portfolio of experience demonstrating your quality and client focussed approach.

In your most recent position, you have consistently demonstrated your ability to manage a significant staff base, across a portfolio of large-scale projects and form teams to deliver to, and exceed client expectation.

Given the collaborative and client focused nature of this role, excellent communication and project management skills are essential.
