The lighting teams are currently based in three locations, Australia, Hong Kong and the UK providing lighting design services to all of Cundall offices globally.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, creative, passionate and client-focused Lighting Designer to join our team at our office in Sydney.
You will be delivering high quality and integrated solutions by undertaking detailed analysis, technical excellence forward thinking design and environmentally conscious designs for our clients.
This role will suit a creative, proactive and highly skilled person with high attention to detail to take an approved concept which includes producing photorealistic renders, through design development and documentation to achieve an exceptional outcome.

Educated to degree level in lighting design and having gained relevant experience in lighting design and documentation within a consultancy environment, you have a keen ability and understanding of interior design and architecture with experience in a variety of sectors such as commercial, residential, education, retail, public realm and hospitality.
You understand lighting effects and control and have the ability to complete hand sketches, lighting details, photorealistic renders and lighting calculations as required in concept and development phases.
You will be well versed in the use of relevant software such as AGI32, REVIT, ADOBE Suite including Photoshop and RHINO. A knowledge of digital engineering programs such as Grasshopper and ladybug is advantageous but not essential.
Given the collaborative and client-focused nature of this role, excellent communication and project management skills are essential.
