Cundall’s HR team provide exceptional people support and best-practice HR advice to our highly skilled engineering and business support staff all around the world. As part of our wider Human Resources service, the Resourcing team play a crucial role in ensuring Cundall attracts, hires, and retains the best talent.
Cundall are leading the way in the provision of creative, sustainable design solutions, and we require an enthusiastic, collaborative, and dedicated Resourcing Assistant (6 month maternity cover with possibility of extension) to provide a high standard of recruitment-related administrative assistance and support to the organisation.
The Resourcing Assistant will support the Resourcing team by assisting with the provision of a high quality and professional recruitment service to all of our regional and international locations. This role will supply comprehensive recruitment administration to internal managers, candidates, and external service providers.
We are looking for someone who cares deeply about delivering high quality administrative assistance, and who is able to respond to queries from candidates and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
As Resourcing Assistant, you will need to work at a fast pace, with high levels of accuracy while juggling multiple tasks. This will require a highly organised and proactive approach, as well as the written and verbal communication skills to establish strong collaborative relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Ultimately, the objective of this role is to support the team in providing a recruitment service that ensures that Cundall continue to hire the very best talent across the organisation.
You will want to join our team if you have some previous experience as an administrator, and ideally have some prior knowledge of working within an in-house Recruitment/HR team. You take pride in providing a truly excellent service, possess strong attention to detail, and a proactive sense of initiative. These attributes have already led you to receive positive feedback in your current role where you are known as a reliable and intelligent source of administrative assistance.
You are happy to actively and effectively manage your workload according to multiple deadline pressures and take a proactive approach to supporting the team to deliver an exceptional service.
You will ideally have experience of arranging and co-ordinating diary appointments (such as interviews), of working with relevant software packages including the Microsoft Office suite, and of supporting senior stakeholders with a range of administrative tasks. Crucially, you are a confident and effective communicator and problem solver, and are enthusiastic to learn.
