The Role

We are now seeking an MEP BIM Technician to join our team in Newcastle Office. We are excited by the potential growth prospects and this is a good opportunity to join an ambitious team that will provide you with plenty of scope for career progression in the coming years.

The Skills

Skills Include: 

  • Use of Revit on projects to produce 3D models and 2D outputs
  • Coordinating design with other services
  • Participating in, meetings and design reviews
  • Liaising and coordinating with other Cundall teams
  • Delivering BIM coordination including usage of BIM360 and other clash Detection features
  • Working closely with the office BIM Lead to help & develop
  • Some experience / understanding of parametric modelling tools / software (Dynamo & Grasshopper) would be preferred (not essential)

Other key requirements include:

  • Some experience with coordination/clash detection experience using Navisworks / BIM360
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Willingness to learn and develop
