This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced fire and hydraulics services engineer to join our team in Hong Kong, to work on the design of some of the most exciting mechanical design projects in China and SE Asia.
You will work across a variety of sectors such as Education, Commercial, Aviation, Retail and Critical Systems, and will take responsibility for the management of projects to achieve financial and time deadlines – attending and leading project and design meetings to ensure successful planning, allocation and coordination of work.
Educated to degree level in Engineering or Building Services Engineering (MEng or BEng or equivalent), and having gained experience in a fire and hydraulics engineering role within a building services context, you are already well versed in relevant design software including HYENA / REVIT / AUTOCAD.
You have experience of detailed co-ordination with other design disciplines have proven ability in both overseeing and producing creative design solutions, as well as preparing specifications, authorities submissions and project reports, and crucially – you have a passion for creative and intuitive design.
Given the collaborative and client focussed nature of this role, excellent communication skills and experience of using your initiative to overcome challenges are essential.
