Cundall’s HR team provide exceptional people support to our highly skilled engineering and support staff all around the world, and due to our ongoing growth are seeking to recruit a collaborative, organised and dedicated Learning & Development (L&D) Adviser
This person will play a leading role in the design and delivery of L&D solutions within a complex international organisation, with the support of our Learning & Development Assistant.
As our L&D Adviser, you will plan strategic and operational learning and development activities for the business, based on strategic requirements, staff feedback, existing initiatives and good practice.
You will take lead responsibility for new and existing key strategic L&D initiatives, such as our “High Potential” programme, and accredited Sustainability Diploma.
Working proactively with other members of the wider HR team, business leaders, as well as graduates and others you will encourage and facilitate the development of staff members in progressing towards Chartership through the our accredited training programmes.
You will also manage our L&D Assistant, to ensure that they receive appropriate support, development and coaching.
You will want to join our team if you have proven experience in advising on and coordinating learning and development solutions for a complex business.
In your current role you have proven your ability to plan and programme your own workload, balancing both short- and longer-term priorities, and have built and and maintained relationships with stakeholders, helping you to identify business needs and develop suitable plans to support these.
Ideally you hold a recognised L&D qualification or award, and experience of using psychometric evaluation tools.
To succeed in this role it is essential that you posses professional credibility and strong communication skills, as well as the ability to work well using your own initiative.
