In order to keep up with the demands of our growing organisation, we are looking for an organised and collaborative Junior IT Support Engineer to assist a team of multi-disciplined engineers in our London office.
In line with the continuing growth of our business in the UK and internationally, we are pleased to offer the opportunity for a Junior IT Support Engineer to join our busy team in our central London office (St Pauls). You will support the London office IT team to ensure smooth running of all areas of IT for the engineering and support staff. This will entail working closely with the Desktop team to learn and assist with all Desktop Management i.e. SCCM, Software catalog, Packaging, release management, policy management and general IT support.
You will provide first-line support for all Cundall users, as well as remote support and assistance with desktops, laptops and Skype for Business.
You will also act as a key point of contact for our external consultants and internal members of staff for all IT related queries.
Having achieved a minimum of 5 GCSE levels A-C / 5-9 (or equivalent), you can demonstrate a keen interest in IT, and have obtained some relevant work experience in a professional services environment
You have the desire and aptitude to develop a close understanding of basic network troubleshooting, structured cabling and PC setup as well as Skype for Business software, Cisco VPN, WLAN's, Newforma, Office 2013 and NAS, TCP/IP, DCHP and WNS.
You are adept at planning and organising your workload, and communicate clearly and effectively with others.
A proactive individual, you are able to identify and enhance IT duties that need to be addressed to assist in the smooth operation of a busy office.
