Reporting to the Head of Sustainability, the Sustainability Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for our global sustainability team.
This includes reviewing completion of sustainability reports, liaising with sustainability leads in each of our global offices reviewing the completion of such data, maintaining our group resources schedule and skills matrix, managing our global events, awards and marketing campaigns calendar, assisting with organising sustainability training, diary management and minute taking.
In addition, the Sustainability Administrator acts as a crucial point of contact for external clients, internal staff and senior management for ad-hoc administration, workload management, room booking and generally supporting the administrative requirements of our busy sustainability teams.
You have proven ability to plan and programme your own work and to coordinate with others. You are a skilled user of relevant software packages including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint (and preferably Ninox), and possess experience of internal and external stakeholder management within a complex, multi-site organisation.
Given the collaborative and client focussed nature of this role, excellent communication skills (including spoken and written English) and experience of using your initiative to overcome challenges are essential.
