Cundall’s HR team provide exceptional people support to our highly skilled engineering and support staff all around the world. Due to our ongoing growth we are seeking an experienced and credible global mobility specialist to provide advisory and administrative support for global mobility across the business.
Cundall are leading the way in the provision of creative, sustainable design solutions, and in order to keep up with the growing demands of the organisation, require a passionate, collaborative, and dedicated colleague to lead on global mobility.
As a valued member of our global HR & Finance team, and our main source of global mobility expertise for 21 offices around the world, you will provide customer focussed, comprehensive and compliant best-practice global mobility advice and support.
Working closely with our teams of highly skilled engineers and technicians you will partner with business leaders to ensure the successful development and implementation of an appropriate policy framework for mobility, as well as the supporting processes and procedures.
You will provide guidance on compliance issues, including immigration, tax and employment law, and will forge strong partnerships with third-party providers and advisers.

You are a credible and well-informed provider of advice on global mobility compliance, and have experience of playing a leading role in policy development, compliance and supplier management. You posess a detailed understanding of the regulatory and compliance issues that affect assignment activity (including employee / employer taxation, social security and immigration), a keen awareness of cultural issues across territories, and take care to adapt your approach accordingly.
