Cundall are leading the way in the provision of creative, sustainable design solutions, and in order to keep up with the demands of the organisation, require an organised, collaborative, and dedicated Senior Administrator to assist our team of multi-disciplined engineers in our London Office.
In line with the continuing growth of our business in the UK and internationally, we are looking for an experienced office administrator to join our busy team in central London (St Pauls).
From here the Senior Administrator will provide comprehensive and varied administrative and document control support relating to our exciting and award winning construction design projects. Key duties will include producing reports, organising events, document control, creating and distributing communication, drafting letters, schedules, specifications, bid/fee proposals, as well as diary management, some minute-taking and dealing with general enquiries via telephone, email and in person.
Document control responsibilities will include activities such as uploading design information to External Common Data Environments (CDE’s) and working with Internet based Collaboration Software (Asite, Conject, 4Projects, others).
You will also act as a crucial point of contact for our external clients, internal staff and senior management for ad-hoc administration, workload management, room booking, reception cover and generally supporting the administrative requirements of our busy engineering teams.
With proven practical administration within a fast-paced and complex organisation, you have accumulated excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly with MS Word, and also possess a highly organised and proactive approach to your work. You are used to working on multiple priorities and to tight deadlines – making use of your initiative, self-motivation and effective communication skills.
You have experience of taking instruction from multiple stakeholders, while also managing expectations and taking pride in the consistent delivery of an excellent service. Experience of working within an international partnership or engineering consultancy is desirable.
Proven practical experience of utilising a mainstream Electronic Document Management Systems (EDM) is highly desirable.
