This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Graduate Sustainability Design & BREEAM Engineer to join our team at our office in Bucharest, to work on some of the most exciting sustainable design projects in Romania, UK and across the world.
Working under the guidance and supervision of more experienced staff, you will develop your skills in the development of sustainability strategies for new build and existing buildings. You will be supported and encouraged to work towards Chartership, through one of our accredited training schemes.
Educated to Masters level in Engineering or the Built Environment and having gained relevant practical experience in a similar role, either through an industry placement, or since graduation, and should have a sound knowledge of building physics, particularly in relation to heat transfer, energy and natural ventilation.
Knowledge of dynamic simulation and other analysis tools would be advantageous.
Given the collaborative and client focussed nature of this role, excellent communication skills and experience of using your initiative to overcome challenges are essential. The candidate should have a real interest in sustainability, and a desire to further their career in a specialist sustainability role.
Very good command of the English language is also required.
