The Role

Further to our continuing growth of our Facilities/Technical Management team we are able to offer opportunities throughout the UK for Building Services Surveyors/Resident Engineers.

         

This is an excellent opportunity to join our ‘Technical Management’ team, where you be responsible for providing high-caliber professional building services duties for our diverse client portfolio.

The Skills

The successful applicant/s will have a wide range of building services skills and commercial property awareness, and will offer detail design expertise and technical management duties including multiple survey types (acquisition, disposals, condition, vendors, technical due diligence, life cycle, dilapidation and asset capture), controls optimisation, facilities support, PPM and CAPEX reports. Typical responsibilities will also include the preparation of PPM and FM Tender documents.

 

From a technical point of view, familiarity with survey and design software templates, such as KyKloud, Maximo, Planon, Amtech, AutoCAD, Dialux, & Relux is also important.
