The Team

Cundall are leading the way in the provision of creative, sustainable design solutions for some of the most prestigious building projects in the UK and worldwide. In order to keep up with the demands of business, we are seeking an organised, collaborative, and dedicated Project Administrator.

The Role

In line with the continuing growth of our business in the UK and internationally, we now wish to appoint an experienced Project Administrator to join the finance team at our head office in Newcastle. You will assist the Deltek Project Administrator and Financial Controller by providing timely project accounting information, together with ensuring the accuracy and completeness of project related financial data and that financial procedures for the practice are maintained.

The Skills

With proven practical administration experience within a construction-related environment, you have gained experience of working with integrated management information systems and possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills. You are highly organised, take a proactive approach to your work and can work to tight deadlines – making use of your initiative, self-motivation and effective communication skills.


You will have demonstrable knowledge and experience in dealing with accounting and book-keeping matters so it’s essential you have strong numerical skills.
