Cundall is a leading international multi-disciplinary building design consultancy with offices in Australia, Asia, UK, Europe and the Middle East. We are looking for a flexible marketing assistant to work within our busy and growing Hong Kong office.
You will support the Marketing Manager and senior staff members with bid and marketing activities. This will require you to quickly establish a close understanding of the business priorities, available resources and current systems and processes.
You will want to join our team if you have previous experience of working in or marketing function or an administrative support, and enjoy working in a collaborative, varied and fast-paced environment.

You will also be required to work with other business support members to provide administrative support as workloads determine and be keen to assist in the day to day running of the office.
You have demonstrable practical experience using MS Word and PowerPoint to create engaging professional documents, and are able to use Excel to manage events and carry out market research helping management to identify and secure new business.
You must have a professional approach, be able to prioritise tasks effectively, and work independently when required. It is essential that you are able to present a professional and positive image to clients and contacts both in person and in writtem and verbal communication
Experience in compiling professional proposals would be an advantage, but is not essential.
A proactive individual, you are able to identify and enhance administrative duties that need to be addressed to assist in the smooth operation of a busy office.
