The team work across the 21 offices, 12 services and 11 sectors to ensure Cundall continue to be recognised as a world leading expert in innovative and sustainable design engineering. In line with the continuing growth of our business in the UK and internationally, we now wish to appoint an experienced marketer to play a senior role in the team, providing strategic leadership as well as day-to-day operational management. The role includes supporting the development, implementation and evaluation of marketing and business development strategies to ensure we maintain existing clients, drive the acquisition of new clients and raise the profile of the practice in the external market place. This means working alongside business leaders to develop marketing and business development strategies for the Practice (in particular, our Workplace, Retail and Critical Systems sectors) and implementing these strategies personally and through the sector team.
The role will also include involvement in the bids and proposals process, working with the submissions team and fee earners, as well as the opportunity to oversee large-scale projects, such as the implementation and rollout of a new CRM system.
Degree-qualified, with experience in a marketing and/or business development role, you have also proven yourself in professional services and/or a consultancy environment and gained experience of working with marketing/ CRM databases. You have demonstrated your ability to think and work strategically and to co-ordinate and supervise the activities of others to achieve objectives. Crucially, you have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, a proven track-record of influencing senior stakeholders in an assertive but diplomatic manner.
A post-graduate qualification in marketing and/or experience in the built environment sector would be advantageous.
