We are specialists in Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD), including WELL, BREEAM and LEED with top end analysis tools to support low carbon design. Our ESD specialists work closely with our mechanical and electrical engineers to develop integrated and sustainable designs.
This is an excellent opportunity for ESD Specialist / Specjalista ds. Zrównoważonego Budownictwa to join the building services team at our Wrocław office, to work on some of the most exciting low carbon design and building projects in Poland and internationally.
As a member of our established team of expert engineers and technicians, and working closely with colleagues of various disciplines, you will participate in the creation of detailed low carbon designs. You will work across a variety of sectors such as Commercial, Retail, Education and you will be hold some of the team responsibility for the management of projects to achieve technical goals.
Educated to degree level ideally in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Building Service Engineering (or equivalent) and will have gained relevant experience within a sustainability consultancy. You will have knowledge of certifications of such as WELL, BREEAM and LEED, simulations skills (CFD tools, programming languages (C ++), EDSL TAS / IES simulation programs). You will have some experience in producing low energy and creative design solutions, preparing specification and project reports, carrying out surveys, and detail design development, and crucially – you will have a passion for creative and intuitive design.
Given the collaborative and client focused nature of this role, excellent communication skills and experience of using your initiative to overcome challenges are essential. A working knowledge of English is essential.
