This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and client-focused IT and AV expert to join our team in London, to play a leading role in ensuring the successful delivery innovative IT and AV design solutions for some of the most exciting building projects in the UK and internationally.
Working across a variety of sectors such as Offices, Hotels, Stadia, Universities and Data Centres, you will lead a team of expert engineers and technicians, and work closely with colleagues of various disciplines to manage the delivery of technically-excellent, profitable projects.
You will develop new and nurture existing outstanding client relationships that maximise satisfaction and ensure repeat business, and will use your wealth of expertise and determination to manage, motivate and inspire less experienced engineers.
Holding chartered status (CITP/BCS or equivalent), and educated to degree level in electronic, computing or similar, and having gained vast experience in an IT and AV role within a built environment context, you have proven full project lifecycle expertise, and have a portfolio of experience demonstrating your quality and client focussed approach.
In your most recent position you have consistently demonstrated your ability for strategic thinking and consultant led approach, whilst manage multiple large scale projects and teams to deliver to, and exceed client expectations. Crucially – you have a passion for creative and intuitive design that delivers real business value.
Given the collaborative and client focussed nature of this role, excellent communication and project management skills are essential.
Key technical areas: Physical IT infrastructure, data networking, high density Wi-Fi, information security, unified communications, audio visual systems, electronic security, Internet of Things, Smart Buildings.
